How long does it take to complete an order?
Every SAUNARI sauna is built to order. Production takes 4–6 weeks from the moment your down payment is credited; including delivery — up to 8 weeks. We keep you updated by e-mail at every stage.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices in the store are gross prices — they include the VAT applicable to your market (Poland 23%, United Kingdom 20%, Germany 19%).
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is added in the configurator as a separate line item: Poland 990 zł, United Kingdom £520, Germany €249. The price covers delivery to the address you provide; HIAB/crane unloading is quoted at order confirmation if access requires it.
What is included in the set?
A thermowood cabin, a Harvia electric heater with stones, a full set of benches and basic lighting. You will find the exact scope in the configurator and on the product page — the “Your set” total is calculated live.
What electrical connection is required?
Standard heaters require a three-phase (400 V) power supply. The output depends on the cabin volume — from 4.5 to 10.5 kW. The connection should be made by a qualified electrician; details in the model specification.
Does the sauna need foundations?
A level, stable surface is enough: paving, a concrete slab or a terrace with sufficient load capacity. We will advise you when you order.
Can I use the sauna in winter?
Yes — the thermowood and insulation are designed for year-round use. Winter is the best sauna season.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, instalment payments and business leasing are available — see the Financing page for details.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
Our saunas are made to your individual configuration (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; for UK consumers, reg. 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — once production has started, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies, which you expressly acknowledge before payment. You can cancel at any time before production starts — write to sales@saunari.eu.
What warranty do I get?
The heater is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Harvia). The cabin is covered by the statutory liability for conformity of goods with the contract (2 years). The warranty card is delivered with your sauna.
Where do SAUNARI saunas come from?
All production takes place in the European Union (Made in EU), using certified timber and components from renowned European brands.
