Every sauna travels to you secured on a dedicated pallet, on transport designed for oversized loads.
Delivery rates
- Poland — 990 zł
- United Kingdom — £520 (price includes customs duty and clearance handled by us)
- Germany — €249
Delivery is added automatically in the product configurator as a separate line item — no surprises at the end.
Lead times
Made-to-order production: 4–6 weeks from the moment your down payment is credited; including delivery — up to 8 weeks. We confirm the delivery date at least 5 working days in advance and agree on an exact time window.
Unloading
As standard, the driver pulls up to the address you provide — truck access is required. Where access is limited (a narrow gate, a garden behind the house), we arrange HIAB or crane unloading — we will select and quote the option at order confirmation.
Assembly
Our teams usually assemble the sauna on a prepared base within a single day. You select assembly as an option in the configurator.
